The Cuffie Law Firm: Mission Statement

The CUFFIE LAW FIRM limits its practice to handling/litigating serious injury and wrongful death cases primarily arising from wrecks involving big trucks, buses, airplanes, other commercial vehicles as well as family passenger vehicles. The FIRM concentrates its efforts on obtaining maximum dollars for persons of modest and middle income means and has set the standard in Georgia, Consolidated Freightways Corporation of Delaware vs. Futrell et al., 410 S.E.2d 751 (Ga.App. 1991), for such awards from juries and settlements from insurance companies.

The members of the FIRM take pride in the ability to fiercely fight for clients on the one hand but at the same time provide clients with genuine personal/professional services. The goal of the FIRM is to maintain moderate annual growth through personal friendly service, and through targeting marketing by word of mouth, our website, our mailings, as well as radio and billboard advertising.
